Membership Terms & Conditions

Cancellation must be done via email by the 15th of the month, in order to avoid payment processing.

Upon cancellation, you will have one month to pick up any bottles you may still have at Fizz. After one month, they will automatically be shipped to you and your card on file will be charged for shipping and shipped to the address on file. Should you not be home to sign and receive the delivery they will be returned to us and we will not be held responsible for their return to you at this point and you will be charged a restocking fee of $15. 


Cancellation of a private dining room reservation WITHOUT 48 hours notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to your card on file.


Once joining the club, you will need to pay for a minimum of two fulfillments before a cancellation will be processed.

Complimentary Flights offered per pick up *1 flight per person (if you are picking up multiple fulfillments, you will still only receive 1 flight per person up to the level that your club allows) *Additional club flights may be purchased for between $20-$25 dollars. Aficionado/Connoisseur club levels receive up 2 two complimentary flights, Reserve level receives up to 4 flights, and Baller level receives up to 6. A maximum of 1 flight per 1 person will be enforced at all times.


We encourage you to pick up your bottles within 30 days of club release for that given month. After 30 days we cannot guarantee that particular club bottle, however we will substitute it with a sparkling or champagne of equal or greater value. 


You may place your membership on hold for up to 6 months for a monthly $5 fee. 

If you request shipping and Fizz ships your bottles and the bottles are then returned to us, there will be a $15 restocking fee. 


Event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name.
