Join us for an intimate and unforgettable evening celebrating one of Champagne’s most historic and revered houses — Champagne Philipponnat.


On Monday, June 9 from 6:30–8:30 PM, Fizz Walnut Creek will host a specially curated multi-course Champagne dinner featuring exceptional pairings alongside some of Philipponnat’s most compelling cuvées.


We are especially honored to welcome François Philipponnat, the 16th generation of the Philipponnat family, who will guide guests through the history, philosophy, and legacy of this legendary Champagne house founded in 1522.

Classy, chic, and very demure. So happy there's a place I can try over a 100+ champagne. Me and my gf both love champagne and were so excited there's now a champagne bar near us. Service was also very helpful. Our host helped us figure out which champagnes to taste based on our flavor preference. We enjoyed our time so much, we became members after 1 visit.

Amazing experience: service, food and Ambiance. Our experience began by entering Fizz and falling in love with quaint and stylish decor. Andrea was our server. He is very knowledgeable and provided a personalized experience. The caviar and oysters were the perfect portion and pairing with our champagne. And yes, we joined the club!!!
