Join us for a special evening exploring the sparkling wines of Northern Italy, featuring six exceptional selections from Valdobbiadene, Alto Adige, and Franciacorta. From the bright freshness of Prosecco to the refined, traditional-method elegance of Franciacorta, experience the diversity of Italy’s most exciting sparkling regions.
The tasting also includes two Kettmeir wines appearing in the U.S./California market for the first time.

Mother's Day Brunch

Honoring Mother’s Day calls for an exquisite Champagne brunch at Fizz! Guests will indulge in a meticulously crafted brunch buffet featuring a selection of warm, comforting classics alongside fresh seasonal delights. Enjoy soft scrambled eggs and a Gruyère & herb frittata, along with a brioche French toast bake drizzled with warm maple syrup. Savory dishes, such as chicken apple sausage, crispy breakfast potatoes, and seasonal roasted vegetables, complete the feast.
The buffet is enhanced by a stunning cold display of artisan cheeses and fresh seasonal fruits. Freshly baked mini croissants, whipped butter, and fruit preserves add a traditional brunch flair, while a delightful ending includes Macarons and house-made truffles!
Moms will be greeted with a complimentary Mimosa as part of their brunch experience!
Champagne and other beverages will be available for purchase, making it seamless to toast to the mothers, mentors, and cherished ones we are celebrating in true Fizz fashion!
